October 26, 2023: Special guest host Brandi Parisi welcomes Trinity Cathedral and Pacific Rose Ensemble to the Roger O. Doyle performance studio.

Join Trinity’s organists for a family-friendly preview of their PipeScreams Halloween Spectacular, an evening of spooky, silly, and exciting music for the Halloween season, hosted by Portland entertainment icon, Clare Apparently! Then the Pacific Rose Ensemble will present classical favorites.

Each year, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral‘s organists present a family-friendly event for Halloween! Put on your costume and join Portland drag icon Clare Apparently for the annual free creepy-crawly Halloween organ concert. Sing along with spooky songs, show off your costumes, and enjoy some silly Halloween fun as Trinity Music’s organists team up to present this ghoulish annual concert from the console of Trinity’s magnificent Rosales organ. Bring the whole family, it’s going to be spooktacular!

The Pacific Rose Ensemble’s mission is to provide young composers and musicians an accessible opportunity to display their work while connecting community members of all ages and backgrounds to the world of classical music.

The ensemble is made up of On Deck With Young Musicians alumni: Amir Avsker, piano, viola; Noah Carr – violin; Ishan Ghosh,violin, oboe, English horn, and Cyrus Ngan, cello.
